Beaux Arts Ball 2009

The 78th annual Beaux Arts Ball was held Nov. 28 at the Crowne Plaza. The ball honors members of Springfield Art Association who support the association's efforts to provide art exhibits, educational programs and other activities for the Springfield area. Proceeds from the event support SAA programs such as the Michael Victor II Art Library and preservation of the Edwards Place historic home and the SAA collections. The event included a silent auction, dinner, dancing and music by Marge and the Buzztones, The Fabulous Moon Brothers and The Old Testament Horns.

Chairwomen for the ball were Ingrid Alexander, Alice Rolf and Kathy Badger.

Queen was Hillary Heidrich Bunn.

Special maids were Julia Page Chapman, Ashley Ann Foster and Mary Elizabeth Hall.

Squires were William Andrew Nester and Michael James Stegeman.

Court children were Mathijs Leonardus Becker, Amelia Pearl Eves, Maria Dalsin Fulgenzi, Nadia Daniele Giacomini, Jake Randall Herrin, Clayton Maddox Kurmann, Ashlyn Marie Nicoud, Davis Andrew Noonan, Maxon Elizabeth Perkins, Cordelia Isabel Sirais and Mallory Alicia Walton.

Maids were Grace Elizabeth Burris, Mariah Jae Cole, Abigail Ellen Fliss, Blake Elizabeth Myers, Caroline Louise Nester, Susan Michelle Rosse, Claire Anne Slayton and Victoria Anne Tracy.

Knights were David Harold Brown IV, Andrew Wayne Kelley, Brendan Howard Padget and Carter James Perrin.

Ushers were Madeleine Rose Albracht, Elizabeth Antoinette Clausner, Kathryn Anne Marie Forman, Carly Darlene Hunt, Hayley Patricia Isringhausen, Catherine Ann Reid, Farah Ashraf Tamizuddin, Sara Ashraf Tamizuddin and Kate Elizabeth Wilke.

Courtiers were Spencer Moore Chipman and Joseph Brian Stegeman.

Flower vendors were Taylor Claire Badger, Allison Jeanne Long, Allyson Lee Padget, Helena Langford Rosse, Caroline Quillan White and Danielle Christine Zerfas.

Pages were Isaac William Albracht, Christopher Andrew Schien Kincade, Bryant James McLafferty and Brinton Geoffrey Wilkey Jr.

Heralds were Isabella Flugenzi Giacomini, Alexandra Josephine Hallman, Emma Marie Schafer, John Francis Stegeman and Allison Eileen Wilkey.
