Ancient Scottish athletics as well as Highland dance, bagpipes and drums will highlight the festival. Authentic Scottish and Irish food and beverages will be available. Festival is from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. in the infield of the Illinois State Fair Grandstand track. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Children younger than 6 get in free.
