March 14: Super Saturday at the Illinois State Museum

How are skyscrapers built? What does an architect do? What are the different building styles and architecture in Illinois? Visit A Place for Discovery at the Illinois State Museum, 502 S. Spring St., to make buildings out of recycled material and make blueprints. Free. Parents and families are encouraged to participate. Activities are ongoing from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and take about 45 minutes. Registration is not required. For information, call 782-6044.
