Slow Food Springfield joins with the University of Illinois Extension and the Illinois State Museum  to show a series of films on the ultimate life-sustaining resource: food. The films will focus on our current food systems and their effects on people around the world. The film festival runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Illinois State Museum, and there is no charge.
