Robbie's classic Margarita

Summer has breathed its last gasp; people are actually starting to talk about Christmas shopping and you just want to enjoy fall and that little bit of chill in the air. Hey, the tables are still outside at Robbie's on the Old State Capitol Plaza - why not stop and have Arch Bailey mix you up a margarita?

That bite of salt and lime will take you back to summer and help ease you into fall.

How to make it
In a shaker with one scoop of ice mix:

  • 1 ½ oz of Premium Gold Tequila
  • 1 oz of Cointreau
  • ½ oz Roses Lime Juice
  • 2 oz of  Sweet & Sour mix

Pour each of the ingredients in order over the scoop of ice and then shake well. Strain mixture into a 6 oz martini glass with a salted rim and garnish with a lime wheel.
