Strawberry Chocolate Martini

How to make it

Start with a 7-ounce martini glass and a lovely, lush strawberry. Gently hollow out the top of the strawberry and perch it carefully, end down and hollow up, on the rim. This will be important later.

Now for the alcohol.

In a shaker combine:

1 oz Stoli Strawberry vodka

1 oz  Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur

¾ oz strawberry and sugar puree

¾ oz white crème de cacao

½ oz cream

Shake over ice, shake, keep shaking... pour into glass

Carefully put chocolate sauce (you need a squeeze bottle here, folks) in the hollowed-out strawberry.

Spray whipped cream on the drink top and put a cap of whipped cream on the strawberry.

Drizzle chocolate out of the squeeze bottle lightly on the whip cream and on the strawberry.
